- Cross-enterprise Privacy and Data Governance standard creation and implementation.
Bachelor Degree: (Required, Preferred or Not Required)
- Preferred.
Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing)
- Create Privacy and Data Governance Standards, Procedures, and Frameworks.
- Design and implement privacy requirements into key processes and tools across the enterprise.
- Develop, monitor, and report privacy metrics.
Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.)
- Banking or financial services experience.
Five years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience involving the following:
- Enforcing TCPA, CPRA, GLBA, and CAN-SPAM requirements.
- Developing and delivering Privacy and Data Governance policies and standards.
Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills/ prior experience. However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.)
- Ten years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience involving the following:
- Implementing Data Governance by Design.
- Designing and executing Data Governance implementation roadmaps.
- Experience creating AI prompts and leveraging AI to deliver data governance-related efficiencies.
