Title- GenAI Agent Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled GenAI Agent Engineer with strong experience in agent orchestration frameworks and workflow-driven AI systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing, building, and orchestrating intelligent agents, with a preference for Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), but strong experience with any Agent Orchestration Framework is acceptable.
This role focuses on orchestration logic, agent lifecycle management, sub-agent coordination, and campaign-based agent workflows, particularly for marketing and intent-driven user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Agent Orchestration & Architecture
- Design and implement agent orchestration logic, including agent lifecycle management and inter-agent communication
- Build and manage sub-agent coordination and campaign-based agent workflows
- Work with Agent Orchestration Frameworks (Google ADK preferred; adaptable experience with other frameworks accepted)
- Implement scalable, modular, and reusable agent architectures
GenAI Agent Development
- Develop GenAI-powered agents for marketing and user engagement workflows
- Perform prompt engineering optimized for marketing use cases and conversational flows
- Build intent-driven user experiences using LLM-powered agents
- Integrate LLMs such as Gemini and Llama 3 via the Tachyon Interface
Workflow & Data Systems
- Design and manage workflow orchestration for multi-step, event-driven agent systems
- Integrate with Event Manager (EM) ecosystem for triggering, tracking, and managing workflows
- Implement and optimize vector database solutions for semantic search, retrieval, and agent memory
Integration & Optimization
- Ensure smooth integration between agents, workflows, and backend systems
- Monitor agent performance, optimize prompts, and improve orchestration efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, data, engineering)
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with Agent Orchestration Frameworks (Google ADK strongly preferred)
- Strong background in GenAI / LLM-based agent development
- Hands-on prompt engineering experience, especially for marketing workflows
- LLM integration experience (Gemini, Llama 3, or similar)
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)
- Knowledge of workflow orchestration and event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with Event Manager (EM) ecosystem integrations
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills
