Mindify Wellness and Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Spanish-Speaking Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team in Pennsauken, NJ. This position provides in-person therapy services at one of our partner adult day care centers, with additional opportunities to provide telehealth services based on client needs and clinician availability.
We maintain an established referral network and active patient caseload, allowing clinicians to begin providing services quickly. We welcome both experienced therapists and early-career clinicians seeking supervision, mentorship, and hands-on clinical experience.

Position Details
Location: Partner Adult Day Care Center in Pennsauken, NJ and Remote
Schedule:Part-time position
Onsite availability typically needed 1-3 days per week
Standard Onsite Hours Generally Fall Between
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-1:00 PM, or
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM
Additional telehealth appointments may be available on the same or separate days
Responsibilities
Provide individual therapy services to Spanish-speaking clients within your scope of practice
Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support quality patient care
Adhere to ethical, professional, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
New Jersey credentials including MSW, LSW, LAC, LPC, LCSW, or other eligible licenses/permits considered in accordance with state practice requirements
Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills
Previous Clinical Experience Preferred But Not Required
