The Project Management Intern supports the Project Management team with day-to-day coordination, organization and documentation. This role is ideal for someone who is curious about how agency work comes together and wants to learn the foundations of planning, delivery and cross-team collaboration.

What You'll Do Here:

• Assist Project Managers with timelines, Asana task tracking and documentation.
• Help prepare meeting agendas, notes and status updates.
• Support organization of project files, assets and approvals.
• Update Asana boards and Parallax with accurate information.
• Attend internal meetings to observe how teams plan and execute work.
• Assist with basic research or administrative tasks to support holistic project planning.
• Ask questions, listen closely and contribute positively to the team.
• Provide general support to keep projects moving smoothly.
  
  

We Need a Person With:

• Strong organization skills and the willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with process documentation.
• Clear communication who asks questions and follows through on unresolved items.
• Comfortability working in a fast-paced environment.
• Positivity, proactiveness and openness to feedback.
• Basic familiarity with project management tools or Google Suite is a plus.
• In pursuit of or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or a related field.
• No agency experience required.
• Interest in creative work, marketing and digital production.
  
  

Compensation:

• Non-Exempt: Course/College Credit or $18 per hour (Pay range is based on a market reference point and potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, experience and geographic location of the individual candidate. The compensation range reflects base rate only.)
  
  

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Our headquarters is based in San Diego, California, with additional offices in Covington, Kentucky, Denver, Colorado, Nashville, Tennessee and Charleston, South Carolina. We're seeking local candidates (or those open to relocation) who are able to work collaboratively with us in one of our office's; however, based on business needs and unique job functions, some roles may be eligible for remote work. (Bonus points if you’re bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese.)
