Mindful Touch Massage & Spa is an established, multi-provider wellness spa in Morganton offering a calm, professional, and client-centered environment.
We are currently offering a consistent weekday morning treatment room opportunity for an independent provider seeking a peaceful, well-maintained space to operate their services.
Compensation is structured as a monthly room access fee (not hourly pay), typically ranging from $500–$900 depending on access needs.
Availability:
- Weekday morning access (typically between 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM)
- Additional access may be available on weekends outside of spa operating hours (The spa is open 8:30 - 2:00 PM on alternating Saturdays so it would be available outside of those hours. )
We are ideally looking for someone who would benefit from consistent weekday use of the space (5 mornings per week), rather than occasional or rotating access.
This opportunity is best suited for an independent provider who operates their own business and is looking for a professional environment to see clients.
Ideal fit:
- Medical-based or advanced wellness provider (such as a nurse practitioner or similar)
- Operating an established or growing client base
- Professional, reliable, and aligned with a calm, client-focused atmosphere
- Offering services that complement (rather than duplicate) our current in-house offerings

The provider will:
- Maintain their own scheduling, pricing, and services
- Carry their own liability/malpractice insurance
- Bring any specialized equipment or products needed
