What are the responsibilities and job description for the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) REMOTE position at Mindful Therapy Group?
Why Work With Us?
At Mindful Therapy Group, we’ve spent nearly 15 years helping 2,200 providers build private practices on their own terms. Mindful offers 1099 partnership opportunities for PMHNPs who want to take ownership of their practice without having to balance everything on their own.
We know what you’re up against: community mental health burnout, underpaid agency work, or isolation in private practice — and we’re here to offer another path.
With wrap around business support, user-friendly EHR, and professional office space, you’ll have the tools and freedom to focus on client care. We provide a diverse mix of payors and competitive compensation, fast-track credentialing, and pass 100% of reimbursement increases directly to you. Our partners consistently earn about 20% more than the average private practitioner while maintaining a caseload that works for them.
What We Provide:
- A step-by-step onboarding process to help you launch your business and start seeing clients with confidence.
- Ongoing, in-depth consultation with a dedicated account manager to help you grow a sustainable practice and avoid burnout.
- Fast-track credentialing with major insurance payors (United, Cigna, Medicare, Health First, Aetna, Rocky Mountain, Carelon, First Choice, BHS, Colorado Access, CCHA) —in weeks, not months.
- Transparent insurance reimbursement increases passed directly to you, with average rates 20% higher than what most providers earn on their own.
- Expert intake, scheduling, billing, and collections support from experienced teams working on your behalf six days a week.
- Built-in branding and marketing under a trusted name—Mindful Therapy Group—established through 14 years of provider partnership and strong community presence.
- A connected provider community with bi-weekly consult groups, clinical seminars, and in-person events.
- Access to self-paced online courses built on years of real-world experience, designed to grow your practice through mindfulness and self-compassion.
- Access to modern, professional, and fully furnished office locations in Denver, Fort Collins and Westminster.
