What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LGSW, MFTA) - In Person/Hybrid Only position at Mindful Therapy Group?
Please note: Applicants must reside in Minnesota to be considered.
Bet on Yourself. Start Building Your Practice Now.
As an associate therapist, you have choices.
You can wait until you are fully licensed to begin building a private practice. You can continue working in a role that gives you little control over your caseload or income. Or you can start building something of your own now, with the supervision, infrastructure, and support to make it possible.
Mindful Therapy Group (MTG) was founded on a simple principle: your business success drives our success.
You do not have to wait until you are fully licensed to start your own business. MTG has spent the last four years building the largest Supervision Program in the country. Through that program, you’ll build a private practice while receiving quality clinical supervision from a supervisor of your choice, earning hours toward licensure, accessing insurance billing, and growing a caseload of your own.
Right now, clients are looking for face-to-face connection. Therapists with consistent office availability are ramping their caseloads more than twice as fast as telehealth-only providers. If you want to grow a thriving practice, showing up where demand is highest is one of the clearest ways to get there.
We help you meet that demand by connecting you with clients who motivate you, providing professionally managed office space, and taking billing, credentialing, marketing, scheduling, and administrative work off your plate.
You bring the clinical expertise and ambition. We bring the infrastructure and partnership to help you grow.
