Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Remote Sales Professional at Mindful Peripeteia. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages to educate prospective clients about hypnotherapy services, assess their needs, and guide them through the consultation and enrollment process. You will conduct discovery conversations, explain service packages and pricing, address questions or concerns, and follow up consistently with leads to support informed decisions. You will maintain accurate records in a CRM or tracking system, manage your pipeline, and collaborate with the practitioner to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to service delivery. You will also help refine sales scripts and outreach strategies, provide feedback on client trends, and uphold a compassionate, ethical, and non-pressuring approach to client interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in consultative or service-based sales, including lead qualification, needs assessment, and guiding clients through a structured decision process.
- Strong communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the capacity to explain sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism.
- Experience with remote work tools such as video conferencing, email, messaging platforms, and basic CRM or lead-tracking systems.
- Comfort discussing wellness, mental well-being, or personal development services in a respectful, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive manner.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple leads, follow-up schedules, and part-time hours independently.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with the ability to meet or exceed agreed-upon sales and outreach targets while maintaining ethical standards.
- Prior experience in coaching, counseling, wellness, mental health, or personal development environments is beneficial but not required.
