  • Supervision & Mentorship: Supervise and mentor psychologists and psychometrists, providing guidance on complex cases, supporting professional development, and overseeing clinicians through responsibilities such as signing off on encounter notes and final reports.
  • Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational, ADHD, neurodevelopmental, and diagnostic clarification assessments for children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Deliver clear, compassionate feedback sessions with actionable recommendations. Write thorough reports integrating test data, history, and collateral information.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with leadership in expanding services, implementing new programs, and supporting recruitment and onboarding of clinical staff.
  • Autonomy in Practice: Choose between remote, hybrid, or in-person work across our offices in North Reading, Kingston, and Plymouth, MA.
  • Supportive Team Environment: Work with psychometrists and administrative staff who handle scheduling, logistics, and documentation, freeing you to focus on clinical leadership and client care.

Requirements

  • Doctoral Degree: PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
  • Licensure: Active Massachusetts Psychologist license.
  • Experience: At least 3 years post-licensure, with demonstrated expertise in psychological assessment and supervision of children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Leadership Skills: Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Clinical Skills: Strong background in test administration, scoring, interpretation, and clinical report writing.
  • Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain results in clear, compassionate terms. Comfortable knowledge of working with EHRs and in-network medical documentation
  • Collaboration: Enthusiasm for teamwork and a clinician-centered, mission-driven approach.
