What You'll Be Doing
You'll come in as an apprentice and learn the trade the right way — from experienced painters who are invested in your development. The expectation is simple: show up, stay coachable, and give it everything you've got.
- Master all phases of residential painting — prep, application, and finish work — for interior and exterior projects
- Execute alongside your crew leader to hit deadlines and deliver results that clients rave about
- Absorb everything you can from the experienced professionals around you
- Represent Mindful Painting with professionalism and genuine respect in every customer's home
- Own your workspace — keep it safe, clean, and organized
What We're Looking For

- Holds a valid driver's license and has dependable transportation
Experience in painting is a plus, but it's not what we're hiring for. We're hiring for attitude, work ethic, and potential. We'll teach you the rest.
