Pre-Licensed/Post Graduate or Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Mindful Holistics is seeking a skilled clinician to work at a growing, outpatient, holistic based mental health practice. This is an exciting opportunity to provide a holistic approach to treatment for individuals and families. Supervision hours towards licensing will be provided as part of the role and there will be no charge for the supervision.

THIS POSITION IS FOR POST GRADUATE IF YOU ARE WORKING ON YOUR HOURS TOWARDS LICENSURE IN NH OR IF YOU ALREADY HOLD A LICENSE IN THE STATE OF NH/ARE TRANSFERRING A LICENSE TO NH FROM ANOTHER STATE.

The position is for 3-4 days per week (25-35 hours hours per week) with the potential to increase hours over an 8 month period. Pay is $45 per billable hour, for pre-licensed clinicians and $65 per hour for licensed clinicians. If you have been licensed for more than 3 years you will get a pay increase in February.

For pre-licensed clinicians, post graduate supervision is provided at no cost.

Clinician has access to the physical office on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays (all day), Tuesday mornings, and 4pm - 7pm on other weeks days. This will change over the next several months as we have someone going out on maternity leave and they will be returning only one day per week after that.

We do allow clinicians to work from home doing Telehealth 1-2 days per week, provided that it is clinically appropriate for their patients. This is only offered for parent only sessions and for patients over the age of 16 who are low risk, and is not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients in person, in the office in Epping, New Hampshire. There may be some options to work remotely but it is on a client by client basis.
• Provide psychotherapy, utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice, including specific and focused treatment protocols, when appropriate.
• Utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools to assess benefits of psychotherapy and change the treatment plan, if necessary.
• The Clinician is responsible for establishing clear treatment goals and clinically appropriate recommendations for treatment and interventions
• The Clinician is responsible for keeping timely and up to date documentation.

Qualifications

Graduate degree in counseling, psychology, or related field from an accredited institution.

Knowledge and understanding of various mental health disorders.

Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual therapy.

Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team of professionals.

Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure timely documentation and other deliverables required for the role.

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and technology-driven services, is preferred. Therapy Notes preferred but not required.

A commitment to ongoing professional development.

Experience working with adolescents is preferred but not required.

Experience providing mindfulness, movement, and/or art based therapy is preferred but not required.
