This is a hybrid position, offering a blend of in-office and virtual sessions, with flexibility for the right clinician.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality individual and/or couples counseling services
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state licensing regulations
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in clinical supervision and consultation
- Develop and maintain a consistent caseload
- Collaborate with practice leadership regarding clinical growth and professional development
- Provide both in-person and telehealth services
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds an active Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) license (or equivalent associate-level license)
- Is passionate about trauma-informed care
- Has a strong desire to grow clinically and professionally
- Values authenticity, compassion, and meaningful therapeutic relationships
- Is open to working with individuals and/or couples
- Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Can work independently while remaining collaborative and receptive to feedback
- Is motivated to build and maintain a caseload
- Does well with 1099 independent contractor positions
Experience with trauma-focused approaches such as EMDR, IFS, DBT, somatic therapies, attachment-based work, or relationship counseling is welcomed but not required.
