Mindful Development Pediatric Therapy is a growing, trauma-informed pediatric therapy practice providing in-home and community-based services across Montana. We are currently seeking a passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist who wants flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to provide high-quality care without clinic burnout.

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat children with speech, language, feeding, and social communication needs
- Create individualized, play-based treatment plans
- Provide therapy in natural environments (home, daycare, community)
- Collaborate with OT, PT, caregivers, and medical providers
- Provide parent education and carryover strategies
- Complete timely, ethical documentation
Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed or soon-to-be licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Montana
- Pediatric experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
- Interest in trauma-informed and relationship-based care
- Comfortable working independently in the community
- Strong communication and organization skills
