Mindful Development Pediatric Therapy is a growing, therapist-owned pediatric practice providing Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health services throughout Southwest Montana.

What You'll Do
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Supervise RBTs (if applicable)
- Provide parent education and caregiver coaching
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, physicians, schools, and families
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain timely documentation
Qualifications
Required
- Current BCBA Certification
- Montana Licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Preferred
- Pediatric experience
- Autism experience
- Early intervention experience
