What's your day like?
As a new Registered Nurse (RN) in our Psychiatric/Behavior Health department, you can expect to provide compassionate care to patients with mental health needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting assessments, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, administering medications, and implementing individualized care plans. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients while fostering a therapeutic environment. This position follows a 36/48 schedule, working 7 AM - 7PM, allowing you to make a meaningful impact during evening shifts and have extended periods off for rest and rejuvenation.
