Assistant Manager at MINDEN MEAT and DELI

Minden Meat And Deli in Minden, NV is looking for a full time assistant manager and one Part time supervisor to join our team. We are located on 1595 Us Hwy 395 N. in Minden Nv.

Our ideal candidate has previous management experience. We are looking for someone who has a strong backbone, but is also mild mannered and gets along well with others. A manager, is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged. Full time position Must be able to work nights and most weekends.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders
• Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up
• Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
• Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
• Assist with inventory and ordering systems

• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
• Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, LOCAL customer-focused restaurant
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
