Location: Minden Dental
Schedule: Tuesday – Thursday, every other Friday
Pay Scale:
- $23/hour – 1 to 2 years of experience
- $25/hour – 2 to 5 years of experience
- $28/hour – 5 years of experience

Position Overview
The Dental Assistant will work chairside with the doctor and clinical team to deliver efficient, high-quality dental care. The ideal candidate has solid clinical skills, strong communication, and the ability to anticipate both provider and patient needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience required
- Knowledge of chairside assisting, dental instruments, and procedures
- Ability to take high-quality dental radiographs
- Familiarity with infection control and sterilization protocols
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Professional, positive, and patient-centered attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting during restorative, preventive, and other dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and instruments
- Taking dental radiographs
- Assisting with impressions, temporaries, and patient education
- Maintaining sterilization and infection control standards
- Supporting patient flow and overall clinic efficiency
