MindDemand is an outpatient psychiatry practice in Rockwall, TX, rated 4.9★ across hundreds of Google reviews. We're hiring one board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join a team of five.
The role
- Outpatient medication management depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, insomnia
- Initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing follow-up, in office and by telehealth
- Risk assessment and safety planning
- Prescribing within Texas regulations and practice policy, including controlled substances
What we handle so you don't
Scheduling, insurance verification, prior authorizations, billing, and records are handled by dedicated support staff. You see patients and you chart.
Requirements
- 2 years practicing as a licensed PMHNP in an outpatient setting. New graduates will not be considered for this role.
- PMHNP-BC board certification (ANCC)
- Active Texas APRN license with prescriptive authority
- Active DEA registration
- Independent comfort managing controlled substances and complex medication regimens
- Able to be onsite in Rockwall, TX two days per week
Compensation and benefits
- $125,000–$130,000 per year, depending on experience
- 15 days (120 hours) PTO annually, plus paid holidays
