Role Overview

We are seeking licensed mental health counselors to provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals using our platform.

Clients arrive with structured context from clinically validated assessments, ongoing engagement, and behavioral insights — allowing therapists to focus on care from the first session rather than intake.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions via secure video platform
• Support clients with anxiety, depression, stress, and related concerns
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT preferred)
• Review pre-session insights, assessments, and client context
• Complete session documentation using integrated tools

Clinical Support & Platform Features

• Clients begin with clinically validated assessments (stress, anxiety, depression)
• Ongoing CBT-based tools, journaling, and guided support between sessions
• Sentiment analysis and behavioral insights to inform care
• Baseline and continuous resilience scoring
• AI-generated SOAP notes and documentation (fully editable)

Qualifications

• Active license in good standing (LPC, LMHC, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Experience or comfort with telehealth delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed in multiple U.S. states
• Experience with CBT or other evidence-based modalities
• Prior experience with digital or remote care platforms
