Mindbreeze is a fast-growing and international leading provider of appliances and cloud services for information insight, applied artificial intelligence, and knowledge management.
We are looking for an additional Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. As an SDR at Mindbreeze, you will be the backbone of our company, spending your time building relationships with prospects, helping them understand our products and services, and converting them into new and loyal customers.
Your area of responsibility:
- Researching and identifying potential customers through various channels, such as social media (focus on LinkedIn), email marketing (via zoominfo, apollo.io, Act-on), and cold calling.
- Developing and implementing targeted outreach campaigns to engage potential customers and generate interest in Mindbreeze InSpire.
- Qualifying leads to determine if they are a good fit for us and ensuring they meet specific criteria, such as budget, need, and decision-making power.
- Scheduling meetings or demos with qualified leads and handing them to the sales team.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with potential customers in Fabasoft relations.
- Measure and improve all efforts on an ongoing basis transparent reporting KPIs (all done via our own product Fabasoft Relations).
- Overall, your role is crucial for driving the growth of Mindbreeze by generating high-quality leads and setting up opportunities for our sales team to close deals.
Your qualifications:
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills both spoken and written
- Proven track record in sales qualified lead acquisition
- Deep knowledge of business processes in large organizations
- Understanding of knowledge management, information understanding and AI technologies
