We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring.
- Handle carpet cleaning duties, ensuring carpets are clean and well-maintained.
- Launder linens and other items as required, ensuring they are fresh and presentable.
- Cook light meals or prepare snacks when needed, adhering to any specific dietary requirements provided by clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment while using cleaning products and equipment.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with custodial duties, including sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize areas that require special attention or additional cleaning.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
