Your future duties and responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior OpenText Documentum Consultant to join our team in a contract-to-hire capacity. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise content management solutions using the Documentum platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong programming skills, and a collaborative mindset to support mission-critical applications.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- 7 10 years of hands-on experience with Documentum components including Content Server, D2 (Classic, Config, Smart View), Brava, CTS, Xplore, and DFC Client.
- At least 2 years of experience building REST APIs using the Spring Framework, ideally for ECM platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Java (required) and Python (preferred).
- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Jira, IntelliJ, Tomcat/J2EE, and relational databases.
- Solid understanding of design patterns, unit testing, code coverage, deployment pipelines, and system monitoring.
- 3 years of experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, RDS, ALB, SSM, SQS, SNS, Lambda, and AWS SDK.
- Comfortable working in Agile Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results without constant oversight.
- Preferred certifications: AWS, Documentum, and Java.
Salary : $130,000 - $180,000
