Mind Therapy Clinic is looking for a compassionate and skilled program director.
This is a full-time position which combines provision of direct clinical services and administering the clinic's Intensive Outpatient Program, Partial Hospitalization Program, and Transition Care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all levels of clinical staff and oversee IOP/PHP services for clients and their families.
- Monitor program licensing (as applicable) and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate treatment assessments, plans, reviews, and charting accuracy.
- Supervise and development of clinical staff.
- Create and maintain effective programming and staff scheduling.
- Monitoring of staff productivity and efficient delivery of services; coordinating all aspects of direct care delivery.
- Maintenance, and client safety while working with clinic leadership and finance staff on fiscal performance.
- Maintain an appropriate caseload of individual and family therapy cases
- Facilitate group therapies as needed.
Requirements
- Fully licensed as a clinical psychologist in the State of California
- Value working in a collaborative, supportive, multidisciplinary team setting of psychiatrists, psychologists, neuropsychologists, and therapists with a broad range of clinical specializations
- Interested in varied clinical work, including general outpatient and program-based care, short and long-term individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy, along with clinical supervision
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with new technologies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
