The Opportunity

Mind Soul Mental Health Counseling, PLLC, is seeking dedicated LMHC-LPs to join our team. We bridge the gap between graduation and full licensure by providing a steady stream of client referrals, a stable income, and the clinical support you need to excel. We provide a guaranteed ramp-up period, with an expected caseload of 15–20 clients within your first 30 days. We are committed to your growth and want to help you reach your 3,000-hour goal with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to a diverse caseload of clients.
• Conduct initial clinical assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans.
• Maintain organized, HIPAA-compliant documentation (SOAP/DAP notes) within our EHR system.
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision to refine your skills and meet state requirements.

Qualifications

• Possession of a New York State LMHC Limited Permit or eligibility for application
• Demonstrated skills in psychotherapy, client assessment, and treatment planning
• Competence in addressing anxiety, trauma, and life transitions
• Ability to provide culturally competent and compassionate mental health care
• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable collaborating in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Strong ethical decision-making and confidentiality management skills
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and documentation preferred
• Master's degree in mental health counseling or related field required
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision
