Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. Experience working with children is preferred. This role offers a stable base salary with performance-based bonus opportunities, allowing clinicians to grow their careers while being supported by a compassionate, collaborative, and values-driven practice.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, or group psychotherapy using evidence-based, culturally responsive approaches.
- Create a therapeutic environment where clients feel valued, understood, and supported.
- Conduct intake assessments, establish treatment goals, and maintain accurate and ethical documentation.
- Engage in reflective, client-centered practice rooted in understanding each client’s unique experiences, identities, and strengths.
- Collaborate with colleagues through consultation, case discussions, and team meetings.
- Maintain professional licensure, continuing education, and compliance with Nebraska regulations.
- Contribute to a practice culture that champions connection, collaboration, curiosity, and continuous growth.
Qualifications
- Active Nebraska license as LMHP, LIMHP, LICSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.
- Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage & family therapy, or related field.
- Commitment to inclusive, client-centered care using evidence-based therapies (e.g. CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed approaches.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
