Position Summary:
MindMobility is growing and seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Onboarding Specialist to join our team! This role is responsible for guiding new caregivers through the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation, credentials, and training requirements are completed. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates effectively, and enjoys helping others succeed from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new caregivers (CNAs, HHAs, and other field staff)
- Ensure all required documentation, credentials, and background checks are completed accurately and timely
- Conduct caregiver orientations and assist with training scheduling
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth start-to-finish onboarding experience
- Maintain caregiver files and records in compliance with company and state requirements
- Support recruiting and HR teams with additional administrative tasks as needed
- Assist with coaching, performance feedback, and documentation, including write-ups, for caregivers as needed
- Enter new employee information and maintain records in Paylocity for payroll processing
- Assist with weekly audits as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home care, healthcare staffing, or HR onboarding preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using electronic systems and HR software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous Experience with Paylocity, iSolved, or AxisCare a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or HR coursework a plus
