Medical Assistant (Full-Time) – Worcester, MA
Mind Healing & Wellness Center is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Medical Assistant with clinical and revenue cycle experience to join our mental health practice.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Location: Worcester, MA
Training: First 4 weeks in Northborough, MA
Requirements (Preferred)
- Medical Assistant experience (certification preferred)
- Experience with revenue cycle management, including:
- Patient billing
- Copay and deductible collection
- Insurance verification and follow-up
- TMS experience or training preferred (will train the right candidate)
- Strong IT/computer skills (EMR, billing systems, scheduling)
- Solid employment history with demonstrated reliability
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Responsibilities
- Medical Assistant clinical support duties
- Assisting with TMS treatments
- Patient coordination and support
- Revenue cycle tasks including billing, copay/deductible follow-up, and documentation
- Accurate EMR and billing system entries
- Maintaining a professional clinical environment
