Duties And Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Achieving daily personal sales targets.
• Ensuring excellent customer service.
• General upkeep of the sales floor.
• Demoing r/c products and toys for customers.
• Merchandising.
• Cash handling.
• Key holders will also be responsible for opening and closing the store.
• Oversee execution of tasks as directed by Store Management.
• Ensuring that the store is clean and organized.
• Assisting cashiers in periods of high customer volume.
• Supervising the cleaning and delivery staff and overseeing them outside of business hours.
• Identifying problems with working conditions and reporting them to management.
  
  

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications and skills:

• 1 years in a retail/sales-oriented position
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of pop culture, toys, puzzles, board games, and trading card games is preferred.
• Presentable demeanor and friendly nature.
• Diligent and responsible attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
  
  

Pay Rate (per hour): $16.00 - $16.50

This position is for the Mall in Columbia location.

Position is considered Seasonal, and not guaranteed beyond January. However, exceptional people will be considered for long-term positions.
