Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed or pre-licensed therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psy.D., Ph.D.) to join our Morgan Hill team. This role focuses on providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and families within a collaborative, assessment-informed practice. Our clients carry a wide range of diagnoses including anxiety, depression, social navigation challenges, family communication difficulties, learning differences, and attentional struggles.
This position is well-suited for exceptional clinicians who value clinical depth, strong relationships, a multi-disciplinary team-based approach, and who take pride in delivering thoughtful care.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy to children, teens, and young adults
- Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with psychologists and other providers as part of an integrated care model
- Maintain timely, accurate, and professional documentation
- Participate in case consultation and team collaboration
Qualifications
- Licensed (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psy.D., Ph.D.) or pre-licensed associate in California
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents and families
- Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and developmentally informed care
- Ability to work in-person in Morgan Hill
Compensation
- $90 – $125 per clinical hour, depending on experience and licensure
- Payment for administrative time or special projects
