Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Spa Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, supporting daily operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, retail experience, and a passion for wellness and beauty services.
Duties
- Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using POS systems along with booking appointments
- Manage product demos and promote spa products through upselling techniques
- Maintain merchandising displays and ensure proper stocking of retail items
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries via phone etiquette and in person
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization
- Support sales efforts by promoting spa packages, skincare products, and services
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the retail area and treatment rooms
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising, and stock management is desirable
- Basic math skills necessary for handling transactions and retail math calculations
- Experience in Spa and Wellness environment is beneficial but not required
- Strong communication skills, phone etiquette and great customer service is essential
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 per week
