Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome upon arrival.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Train and certified on Neveskin or T Shape II
- Assist in supervising spa operations to maintain high standards of service.
- Maintain stock levels of products and supplies, ensuring the spa is well-equipped at all times.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits of various offerings.
- Upsell services and products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Engage in retail sales by promoting spa merchandise effectively.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when scheduling appointments or answering inquiries.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly in a spa or wellness environment.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is essential.
- Experience in supervising staff or operations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- A background in retail sales or product promotion will be beneficial for this position.
