Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is essential in setting the tone for the entire dining experience and helping maintain smooth restaurant flow during busy brunch service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all guests with a warm, genuine welcome
- Manage waitlists and reservations using OpenTable
- Accurately quote wait times and manage guest expectations
- Escort guests to tables and provide menus
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
- Communicate effectively with servers, bussers, and management to control the flow of the restaurant
- Assist with light bussing, table resets, and guest support as needed
- Answer phones and handle guest inquiries professionally
