Duties
- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes, menus, and quality standards while adhering to food safety protocols.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, poaching stations, braising pans, and food production appliances efficiently and safely.
- Assist in menu planning by suggesting new breakfast options and ensuring consistency in food presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of all kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures.
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed to prevent cross-contamination.
- Support high-volume production needs during busy morning hours while maintaining attention to detail.

Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation within a restaurant or catering environment, with a focus on breakfast or brunch service.
- Strong knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures.

- Excellent knife skills with the ability to handle multiple ingredients efficiently.
