Key Responsibilities
Hospitality & Guest Experience
• Treat every customer like a guest in your own home—warm, sincere, and personalized
• Lead the team in being present, attentive, and proactive
• Own the vibe: music, lighting, and energy that spark joy
• Turn guest challenges into positive, lasting experiences
Operational Excellence
• Maintain a pristine, “stage-ready” environment at all times
• Execute daily, weekly, and deep-cleaning systems with precision
• Keep FOH & BOH organized to eliminate friction
Leadership & Presence
• Lead from the front—especially during peak moments
• Own opening & closing with consistency and precision
• Mentor and develop team members across FOH & BOH
Growth & Development
• Partner with the GM to learn backend operations (maintenance, compliance, admin)
• Proactively improve systems and guest experience
The Ideal Candidate
• A natural host who genuinely loves people
• Detail-obsessed with a zero-excuses mindset on cleanliness
• 2–3 years of leadership experience in hospitality or high-volume food service
• Disciplined, reliable, and leads by example
