Position Overview
We are looking for a responsible and motivated Shift Leader to help manage daily restaurant operations and lead our front-of-house team. This role requires someone who can set the standard for excellent customer service, support team members, and ensure smooth and efficient service during each shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the front-of-house team during assigned shifts
• Ensure all guests receive friendly, attentive, and efficient service
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth and timely food service
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
• Monitor dining room operations and quickly resolve guest concerns
• Train and support team members to maintain high service standards
• Step in to assist with taking orders, running food, or clearing tables
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere in the dining area

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience required
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay organized and lead in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a positive team leader
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour
