Position Details:
Shift: PRN Nights
Job Summary:
- Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices.
- Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
- Patients need care 24/7 and facility employees must be available to provide that care.
- Employees are to care for patients regardless of the patient’s personal characteristics.
Qualifications:
- RN Licensure in the State of New Mexico.
- Graduation from an accredited RN Program
- Prefer 2 years Nursing experience in Critical Care
- Current BLS, ACLS & PALS & NRP Certification or obtain per policy upon hire; maintain such certification.
