Job Summary:
- The Nursing Supervisor is accountable for coordinating and directing Nursing activities in accordance with current standards of practice and all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Duties include overseeing hospital functions on designated shifts, quality Improvement, personnel management, and staff development.
- The House Supervisor provides leadership and management to personnel during the off hours and weekends.
- Responsible for ensuring staff’s compliance with core measures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
