Receptionist - Urgent Care
- Greets the patients with a focus on customer service.
- Coordinate the registration process and office flow across multiple specialties allowing for productivity including a maximized net utilization rate.
- Notifies patients of their financial responsibilities.
- Understands and manages point of service collection efforts in the practice.
- Collects all copays, deductibles, and prior patient responsibility balances.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- 1 year of medical office receptionist/biller experience preferred.
