You’ll Be DISRUPTIVE Through These Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of Global Quality Systems and processes
- Partner with IT and data functions to define requirements for scalable, sustainable enterprise-wide Quality Management Systems
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with corporate standards and processes
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Mentor and train quality engineers and other staff on quality principles and practices
- Develop and maintain documentation related to quality systems, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals
- Participate in regulatory inspections and customer audits
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- 6 years of relevant experience in Quality Systems within manufacturing or corporate environments
- 3 years Auditing experience
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision, using broad guidelines and objectives
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, UL)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in quality tools (e.g. Statistical Process Control (SPC)), methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean), and IT solutions (e.g. Minitab, WinSPC)
- Experience with large-scale change management initiatives
- Ability to travel globally, up to 40% of the time (North America, Europe, and Asia
- Master's degree in Engineering or Quality Management
- Certification in quality engineering (e.g., CQE, CQA)
- Experience in manufacturing of consumer products, electrical components, or motors
