The selected candidate will be responsible for driving business development activities, expanding our market presence, and reinforcing our reputation for service excellence.
Qualifications
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, establishing and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, builders, and legal professionals; proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities; delivering professional presentations and consultations to prospective clients; and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of transactions. The role also requires maintaining a thorough understanding of market conditions and competitive offerings to effectively position our services.
The ideal candidate will possess prior sales experience, preferably within title insurance, real estate, or mortgage services, along with exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities. A strong professional network within the real estate community is highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of initiative, professionalism, and the ability to manage priorities independently. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
