Summary
MSOE's Rader School of Business is seeking applications for part-time instructors to join the faculty of our fully accredited Business School and support our growing business programs. We are especially interested in candidates who bring strong professional experience in areas such as corporate finance, investments, financial analysis, banking, financial planning, or related fields.
The ideal candidate will be able to connect finance theory to real-world business practice and help students understand how financial decisions shape organizations, markets, and careers. We welcome applicants who enjoy working with students, bring practical examples into the classroom, and are excited to prepare future business professionals for success in a changing financial environment.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business or related discipline (preferably MBA)
- Industry experience in a business discipline such as accounting, finance, or business management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use and application of computer systems and software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google tools, and learning management systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Ph.D. or terminal degree in business or related discipline
- Teaching or corporate training experience
- Experience using Canvas
