We're seeking an Entry Level Representative to join our team and represent AT&T through customer engagement and account support initiatives. Through training and ongoing coaching, you'll gain experience in customer relations, account management, and professional development while working alongside a collaborative team. You'll serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers by helping them understand AT&T's wireless and fiber services, answering questions, and ensuring each interaction is positive and informative.
What You'll Do as an Entry Level Representative:
- Represent AT&T professionally during customer interactions.
- Build positive relationships by providing knowledgeable, friendly, and personalized customer support.
- Assist with new account enrollments, account updates, and service options while ensuring customer information is accurate.
- Help resolve general account questions and connect customers with the appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily objectives and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, leadership, and professional growth.
