Responsibilities of the Bilingual Sales Representative
- Answer customer questions and explain available service options in both English and Spanish
- Build positive relationships through professional communication
- Assist customers with account troubleshooting and resolve product concerns
- Support customer enrollments and account setup processes
- Learn AT&T product knowledge and stay informed on current offerings
- Work closely with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals
- Deliver a positive customer experience during every interaction
Qualifications for the Bilingual Sales Representative
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working directly with customers
- Customer service, retail, and/or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
