No previous experience needed. We provide all the training you'll need to hit the ground running.
Assistant Team Member Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to discuss AT&T products and services
- Help troubleshoot customer account issues as they come up
- Build genuine relationships through outstanding customer service
- Support customer acquisition and retention efforts
- Grow your communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Take part in ongoing training and professional development
Assistant Team Member Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Comfortable collaborating in a team setting
- A background in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not required
