What are the responsibilities and job description for the Powersports Lot Attendant/Porter position at Milwaukee Powersports?

Clean and detail new, used, and customer owned vehicles leaving the dealership.
Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service.
Move around powersports vehicles such as ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, and watercrafts as necessary.
Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment.
Assist service technicians and service writers with work as needed.
Directly report any unit damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion.
Keep service dept clean and organized.
Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members.
Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization.
Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Positive attitude and can-do mentality.
Hardworking personality, shown leadership qualities and eagerness to improve.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Motorcycle endorsement and/or experience with motorcycles is a plus but not mandatory.
Must be able to work full time Tuesdays-Saturdays.
