About the Job

This is a performance-driven, consultive sales role for someone who understands that advertising is no longer about selling ads, it's about driving measurable results. If you are looking for a transactional sales role, this is not it.


If you believe that strategy is more important than products, that advertising only works if it drives action and people and that revenue isn't the only scoreboard, then this might be for you.


What the Role Actually Is

You will work directly with local business owners to build integrated advertising campaigns/solutions that include:

Revenue & Pipeline:

• Search marketing

• Targeted display

• Paid social

• Audio (radio & streaming)

• Digital video

• Website strategy

• Audience targeting & retargeting

But tools are not the point. Your responsibility is to connect those tools to outcomes.


What You’ll Own


Revenue & Pipeline

  • Build and manage an active prospect pipeline
  • Prospect consistently and open new business
  • Set and hit weekly revenue goals
  • Forecast accurately and manage deal flow
  • Grow both new and existing accounts

Client Strategy

  • Conduct deep discovery conversations
  • Identify competitive gaps and growth opportunities
  • Build integrated, performance-focused proposals
  • Tie every recommendation to measurable outcomes
  • Present with confidence and close decisively

Execution & Growth

  • Collaborate with digital and creative teams to launch campaigns correctly
  • Monitor performance and communicate results clearly
  • Identify optimization and upsell opportunities

Market Presence

  • Become a known marketing resource in the community
  • Build strong relationships with business owners
  • Represent the company professionally in public settings
  • Stay informed on industry trends and consumer behavior

What You’re Not Doing

  • You are not selling inventory
  • You are not pushing products
  • You are not relying on inbound leads alone

You are designing growth.
