Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect electronic PCB boards and box build electronic/electrical assemblies
- Perform visual inspections of non-rework electronic components, subassemblies, and assemblies to Workmanship Standards (IPC-A-610) using AOI, visual aids (Magnification lamp and Microscope), and other inspection tools
- Follow appropriate quality policies and procedures
- Record Pass/Fail/Reject parts into a Daily Inspection Sheet/Tablet/MES (Mfg. Enterprise Software)
- Provide feedback to production personnel/Assemblers regarding defects found during inspection
Requirements:
- Positive and dependable team member
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English for clear communication and comprehension of internal company documentation
- Basic understanding and ability to read performance graphs
- Able to understand and determine product quality from written documentation
- Able to perform basic data entry transactions
