You’ll manage key accounts, lead new product introductions (NPIs), and work closely with internal teams to ensure customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for strategic customer accounts
- Understand how our products work and how they’re made
- Collaborate with customers to anticipate needs and deliver solutions
- Lead business reviews, project planning, and new product launches
- Partner with engineering, quality, and supply chain to align priorities
What You Bring
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to manage technical accounts and think strategically
- Knowledge of product life cycles, quality systems, or lean manufacturing
- Bonus: Familiarity with military, DoD, or ITAR environments
