Job Description: Your Role on Our Team To set and/or hang molds in the injection molding machines in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities Hang tool and/or mold in level position and set parameters in a timely manner during mold set-ups. Insert mold set-ups. Set up driers and thermolators. Keep mold storage, secondary equipment storage and mold crib clean and organized. Read and understand BOM’s (Bill of Materials) and SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure correct inserts for molds are input for scheduled production run. Perform all other duties as assigned. Hang tool and/or mold in level position and set parameters in a timely manner during mold set-ups. Insert mold set-ups. Set up driers and thermolators. Keep mold storage, secondary equipment storage and mold crib clean and organized. The TOOLS you’ll bring with you: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 1 year molding experience Mechanical aptitude Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds Knowledge of mold hanging/setting process Forklift License (TTI will train) Milwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer.
