\$20.04 Job Summary:The Zoo Worker in the Rides and Experiences

department provide great customer service to patrons while operating the

Train, Sky Adventure Ropes Course, Zipline, Mobility Rentals, Carousel,

and Sky Safari Sky Glide. To deliver great customer service to our

guests, the Zoo Worker will need to provide up-to-date knowledge on zoo

exhibits, pricing, rates, and a friendly delivery of the services we

provide. Essential Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently complete

all transactions with guests using point-of-sales system. Transactions

may be completed with cash, card, tap, gift card, or zoo pass. Operate

rides, learn safety procedures, assist guests on and off rides, and

provide introduction speeches to guests about safety during the ride or

experience. Provide timely, attentive, accurate, and upbeat service to

zoo patrons, while making sure their needs are met in a manner that
